Easter is a big thing in Napoli. Meat is reserved and sold out in local butcher shops long before holidays.
Many people in Napoli are living on the edge, in small apartments on street level, sometimes with no windows. Shaving with no light is challenging. It was early in the morning when i was traversing across this street, crossing my path with this woman having a shave on the street.
Ordinary day in streets of Napoli. Things just happen there. This isn’t actual procession, just a drill.
This guy was so happy, it was radiating. Too bad, I had 18mm on, so we can’t see into his face. I will still call this picture “happy” to celebrate his happiness.
